On March 13, 2026, the first ECNU Minhang Basic Education Group Science Festival kicked off on a vibrant spring campus. Under the theme "Play with Science, Explore Without Boundaries," the festival guided students across all grade levels on a fascinating journey of scientific discovery, starting from core science subjects and branching into a world of wonder and innovation.

JuDao Technology was invited to showcase its VR virtual classroom solution, bringing immersive science experiences that let students learn through play and discover through exploration — deeply engraving the romance of science and the joy of discovery into the beautiful springtime campus memories.
Science is Everywhere, Exploration Never Stops

The science festival featured over 70 carefully designed hands-on STEM activities, presenting a one-stop science experience feast that allowed students of all ages to immerse themselves in the diverse charms of science.

Among all the experience zones, the JuDao VR virtual classroom in the VR resources area was undoubtedly the crowd favorite. Students lined up with great anticipation, eager to try this unique scientific exploration journey. Their excited faces became a vivid and lively scene across the campus.



VR Experience Ignites the Passion for Exploration
When students put on the lightweight VR headsets, they instantly stepped into a new world where virtual and real science merged. JuDao's VR virtual classroom built immersive, interactive science scenarios for children.




Primary school students simulated the Earth's Rotation and Day-Night Cycle experiment in virtual space. With a light touch of their fingertips, they could control the Earth's rotation and clearly see how day and night交替 form. What used to be abstract astronomical knowledge became tangible and accessible. Eyes wide with curiosity and mouths agape with wonder, the children unlocked the mysteries of Earth and the universe through exploration.

Middle school students immersed themselves in physics and chemistry exploration scenarios, freely building circuits and operating lab equipment — without worrying about safety risks or equipment损耗. In the biology VR experience module, students embarked on a "Fantastic Journey of the Human Body," entering the interior of the heart from a first-person perspective. They clearly observed the heart's physiological structure and beating process, intuitively understanding the principles of cardiac perfusion and experiencing the magic of life science.


Some students also experienced the electrical safety scenario in the home circuit VR teaching module. They simulated the consequences of unsafe electricity use in a virtual environment, witnessing the sparks of short circuits and the burning of overloaded wires firsthand. Through this immersive experience, they deeply记住了 electrical safety standards, engraving safety knowledge firmly in their minds.


During the操作 process, students were fully focused, skillfully manipulating virtual devices with their fingers. Sometimes they shared discoveries with nearby classmates, and other times they cheered at the wonders of the VR scenarios. One student who experienced the physics optics experiment took off his VR headset and said, still eager for more: "It's amazing! So that's how light refraction and reflection work. I adjusted the mirror angle myself and saw how the light changed — I got it right away. It's so much easier to understand than looking at pictures in a textbook!"

Another student who tried the chemistry experiment shared that she used to think chemistry experiments were complicated and dangerous, and was afraid to动手. But in the virtual lab, she could try boldly, completing the实验步骤 step by step and clearly seeing molecular changes. She not only learned the experimental procedures but also developed a strong interest in chemistry.
